Mission
Your mission is to develop new and important customers or sub-segment, promote company product & solution and achieve sales revenue for responsible territory or segment.
您的使命是开发新的重要客户或细分市场,推广公司产品和解决方案,并在负责的地区或细分市场实现销售收入。
Major Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Perform SWOT analysis for responsible territory market or sub-segment, collect information about competition, potential market volume, current market share and customers’ feedback.
• Aggressively exploit the responsible to identify new target customers and new sales opportunities.
• Plan and organize sales activities, such as demo, seminars, WTL, line audits, solution presentation…etc. to find out customer needs and transform opportunities to order.
• Actively promote new products and automation solutions ba
• Cooperate with customer and project team in customer project, collect customer’s needs, analyze the application and provide solution to satisfy customer with values.
• Cooperate with marketing team in market activities and market analysis.
• Cooperate with service, project to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Cooperate with Finance department to improve the performance of receivable & overdue.
• Build, maintain, broaden and strengthen good relationship with customers, distributors, and MTBs.
• Find, select, develop and manage distributor, if applicable.
• Report timely and accurately in Salesforce.
• Continuously improve job required competence, personality and behavior.

• 对负责区域的市场或细分市场进行 SWOT 分析,收集有关竞争、潜在市场容量、当前市场份额和客户反馈的信息
• 积极开发所负责区域,寻找新的目标客户和新的销售机会
• 计划和组织销售活动,如演示、研讨会、巡线、生产线审核、解决方案介绍等,以了解客户需求,将机会转化为订单
• 结合客户需求,积极进行新产品和自动化方案的推广
• 在客户项目中与客户和项目团队合作,收集客户需求,分析应用并提供解决方案,以满足客户价值
• 在市场活动和市场分析中与市场部团队合作
• 与服务部和项目团队合作,实现客户满意度
• 与财务团队合作,改善应收账款和逾期账款的情况
• 建立、维护、扩大和加强与客户、分销商和线体商
